Order Turn Around Time

Please allow at least one week for your order to be processed and completed. 

Rush Orders

While I can't always accommodate all last minute orders, I will make my best effort too. This might result in a rush fee, which would be discussed at the time of your order. 

Payment  

Payment is required up front so that I can prepare your order fresh. Invoices are sent on Sunday evening for the upcoming week. Invoices must be paid promptly for orders to be completed. Unpaid invoices will result in cancelled orders. Cash Payments can be made through Venmo @Molly-Young-19

Refunds

Unfortunately, I don’t offer refunds unless it’s due to my error. I do however allow rescheduling. If you need to reschedule your order for a future date please let me know 5 days before your current pickup date. After that time, I cannot offer a reschedule as your order has already had time dedicated for design planning, cutter ordering, and the possibility of someone else losing that date for your order. 

Pick Up Scheduling

These cookies are best enjoyed fresh! Not showing up to the agreed upon pickup time forfeits your order. Orders not picked up at the agreed upon time will be resold, donated or disposed of. Orders will not be refunded or remade due to failure to pick up. Need to reschedule your pickup? Please reach out 48 hours prior to your pickup time.

Inspiration

Inspirational pictures are just that - inspiring. I try to keep my designs as close as possible but they will not be exact replicas.

Price Adjustments

All prices are subject to change based on current market prices for ingredients.

Disclaimers

We are not responsible for cookies once they have been picked up (either by yourself or your representative) and left our premises.
